Uniform / Equipment
Ages 4U - 6U
- Glove
- Sneakers or molded baseball cleats
- Helmet: Please try to bring your own. The league does have a few to borrow in the sheds at each field.
- Tee Ball Bat: Please try to bring your own.
Ages 8U - 10U - 12U - 14U
- Glove
- Cleats: no metal for 8U, 10U, 12U
- Grey Pants
- Black Belt
- Bat
- Helmet: Please try to bring your own. The league does have a few to borrow.
- Cup (recommended): Required for catchers.
BATS
Bats Must be 1.15 BPF Stamped USSSA, or USA stamped.
Ages 12U and Younger: All bats -5 or greater must be stamped BPF 1.15. Must be a baseball bat – no restriction on weight or length as long as the bat has a “BPF 1.15” stamp. All -3 bats must be stamped BBCOR. Wood bats are allowed.
The most important thing is getting a bat that fits. See the guide below, but adjust up or down if needed.
Age 14U: Bats should bear a USA, USSSA or BBCOR official stamp of 1.15 or less. The bat length to weight ratio can be -8, -5, -3. Material can be BBCOR or one wood/composite wood deck. Bats can be one or two-piece construction. Wood bats are allowed.
