Dragons Travel Baseball

Spring Season Travel Team Information for 11U, 12U, 13U and 14U teams:

• Travel teams, known as Durango Dragons, will hold open tryouts, typically in the fall.
• Practice times and days will be set by the team coach and the start date can be as early as January. Practices can be held any day.
• Extensive travel and extra family/financial commitment is required. If league games are played, they are typically in Farmington, NM. Tournament play can take place throughout the state and region, including events in Grand Junction, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, Farmington and Phoenix.
• Travel players will play on their age group/grade level team unless no team is offered at their age group/grade level.

Spring Season Travel Team Information for 9U and 10U teams:

• Travel teams, known as Durango Dragons, will hold open tryouts. The 2024 10U Dragons will hold tryouts in October 2023. The 2024 9U Dragons will hold tryouts in Spring 2024.
• 9U and 10U players who are interested in playing travel baseball will also play in the spring Durango League with their assigned league teams.
• Practice times and days will be set by the team coach and the start date can be as early as January. Practices can be held any day but will not conflict with league team commitments.
• Some additional travel and family commitment is required. Tournament play, which will not conflict with league games, can take place throughout the state and region.
• Travel players will play on their age group/grade level team unless no team is offered at their age group/grade level.
