Durango Baseball

Fall Season Durango League Information:

• Divisions: 6U Tee Ball, 8U Coach Pitch and 10U/12U/14U Kid Pitch.
• Fall season is open to players of all abilities, competitive and recreational players are combined on teams.
• Fall season registration will open July 16 and run through August 11
• Teams will be organized the week of August 12 and players contacted shortly after.
• Practice times and days will be set by the team coach and will start the week of August 19. Practices can be held any day.
• Games are scheduled to begin after Labor Day and run through October 19 (7 games). Games are typically on Saturdays. 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U teams may play opponents in surrounding communities and some travel may be required.

Spring Season Durango League Information:

• Divisions: 6U Tee Ball (coed), 8U Coach Pitch (coed) and 10U/12U/14U Kid Pitch.
• Teams will be organized in mid-March and players contacted shortly after.
• Practice times and days will be set by the team coach and will start 4/8, if the fields are playable. Practices can be held any weeknight.
• Games begin 4/27 and run through 6/23 (6U season ends 6/15). The Durango League Tournament is held 6/16-6/23 for 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U. 8U,10U, 12U and 14U games are typically on Saturdays. 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U teams will play opponents in surrounding communities and some travel is required.
• There will be no league games Memorial Day Weekend.

• 8U/10U: Sunday, April 21 - 9:00-11:30am - ALP fields
• 12U/14U: Sunday, April 21 - 1:00-3:30pm - Fairgrounds North/Dossey field
• DBS coaches led by Coach Alex Kowalczyk (www.akademytraining.com)
• Sharpen up your skills and learn new technique before games start!
• Cost: $60, add during Spring Registration check-out process
